Do i need to register to make an order?
No you do not need to register to make an order. You just need to add your product to the cart and go to the chec-out page where you can pay for your products. Making purchases in our online shop is secured. for details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions.
I have forgotten my login/password?
Your login is your email address. To get your password, go to “my account” at the top of the welcome page, click on the login page, then click on “forgot password”. You will receive your password in your mailbox.

An item is missing from my order?
Contact us directly after receiving your package. If we still have the item we will ship it to you without extra shipping costs. If the item is sold out, we will refund your money.
How long does it take to deliver my package?
Benelux 2-3 days after receiving all information
Europe 3-5 days after receiving all information
world 6-8 days after receiving all information
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Bloue.com to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered and signed for they are not longer covered. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we reccomand you to refuse your order or make a note when signing that you accept a damaged box.
Can i add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered togehter you will need to make 1 order and cancel the previous one.
How can i track my order?
Can i return an item? And how do i need to return?
You can return an item by sending it back to us within 15 days after delivery.
Do i get a refund?
Yes, as soon as we have received your return package (not damaged) your money will be transfered back into your account.
