You have a legal timeframe of 15 days – as of the delivery of your order – within which you must notify us of your intention to return your item, the reason for its return and return the item.
You can choose whether you want a return or a refund. You can open the package and check the goods, but all goods need to be returned labels, etc attached. Goods should be protected in a plastic bag or box and no tape can be adjusted to the packaging.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, this includes the shipping costs of your order and the return shipping costs.
In case of faulty item, we will return the shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not comply with any of the above mentioned rules.
We will refund your payment within 3 weeks after you have send the goods back to us.
Refunds will only be made if the return complies with our return policy mentioned above. We will not refund any delivery charges, unless you have received a faulty item or in the case we have made any kind of mistake.
